We recommend to cutting Reishi mushroom in smaller pieces and put 2 tablespoons in a cup or teapot. Pour 250 ml of water and boil for 5 minutes. Leave to brew for 20 minutes. Drink 250 ml once a day 30 minutes before meal for 30 days, after that take a break for a week.
